This is the baseline that we use to evaluate any property that we consider purchasing. This is written for long-term rentals, but also can be used for short-term rental calculations (Airbnb/VRBO.)

In our experience, people often underestimate the costs associated with buying a property and often make decisions thinking something is a better investment than it really is. This form will cover the majority of your expenses to give you a more accurate investment evaluation.

Our evaluator will help you:

3. Run return calculations including cash flow, cash on cash (ROI), and cap rate
